Richard Barrett
Chairman
Richard Barrett is a qualified barrister and economist, who developed his interest in property law, finance and taxation and was involved in property development before setting up one of Ireland's largest property development companies in 1989. He is a member of the Advisory Board of Harvard University Graduate School of Design for Urban Development.
Aidan Larkin
Director
Aidan Larkin has over 25 years independent experience in the creation of start up companies in many fields. Having trained as a Company Secretary his first venture in 1984 was the creation of a company specializing in providing professional firms with Corporate and Trust services. He now heads a group of companies engaged in international trade.
Lars Sjunnesson
Director
Lars Sjunnesson worked at E.ON in Sweden for more than 30 years, during the last 10 years of which he was head of Research and Development. He is a professor at Lund University in Sweden and has also been appointed to ‘Doctor honoris causa’ at Budapest University. Over the years Lars has taken the initiative in introducing off shore wind power units, pressurized gasification of biomass, fuel cells and hydrogen filling stations, to Sweden. Many of these being the first of their kind in Europe. He is now self employed as an independent consultant with many different tasks in the energy field.
Dr. Klaus Röhrich
Director
Dr. Klaus Röhrich is a physicist. Klaus has worked at various research laboratories in France, Germany, Switzerland and the US. He is author / co-author of more than 70 scientific and technical publications.
Dr. Harald Wirth
Director
Dr. Harald Wirth is a physicist. Harald has more than 20 years experience in research and has taught at various institutions in Germany, France and Switzerland. He is the author / co-author of several scientific and technical publications. Harald is co-manager of a German and a French company.
Sonja Price
Director
Sonja Price is a qualified lawyer. Sonja has managed the legal affairs of H2PS since the emergence of H2 Power Systems Ltd. as an Irish registered company. She advises on the full range of legal matters associated with the company such as procurement, I.P. matters, negotiation of contracts, appointments etc. Sonja was previously a partner and head of the PPP Unit at Wlliam Fry Solicitors.
Oliver Hunt
Director
Oliver is a qualified accountant with 13 years of experience in a number of different industries. He has been with one of Ireland's largest property development companies for the past 5 years where he is currently the Group Financial Controller. Oliver oversees and manages the financial affairs of H2PS.
Chris Mundow
Director
Chris has over 25 years of international development, and project management experience. Chris has been involved in H2 Power Systems since the technical due diligence stage was undertaken prior to the emergence of H2 Power Systems Ltd. as an Irish registered company.
Company Secretary
Rory Williams
Rory is Company Secretary to a number of companies including one of Ireland's largest property development companies where he is Head of Legal. He has overall responsibility for all legal aspects of the business. He was previously a partner in the corporate department of Arthur Cox, a leading Irish law firm.
